Time & Materials Standard

Minimum 2 hour labor billing, portal to portal costs, guaranteed same day contact from technician with guaranteed 24 hour onsite response. Parts and labor at a reduced rate.

Time & Materials Preferred

Minimum 1 hour labor billing. No portal to portal costs, guaranteed same day contact from technician with guaranteed same day onsite response. Parts & Labor at reduced rates. Parts at 10% discount from retail, unless we’re forced to purchase parts at retail price then our cost plus 10%. Labor at a reduced rate.

Preferred Plus

All labor is included with few exceptions.* No portal to portal costs, guaranteed 4 hour contact from a technician with same day onsite when necessary. Parts & Labor (when applicable) at reduced rates. Parts not covered are invoiced at 10% discount from retail, unless we’re forced to purchase parts at retail price then our cost plus 10%. Labor is included. Labor at a reduced rate.

All Inclusive

All Parts & Labor are included with few exceptions.* No portal to portal costs, guaranteed 4 hour contact from a technician with same day onsite when necessary. Onsite will typically be within 4 hours but only guaranteed same day. Parts not covered are invoiced at 15% discount from retail, unless we’re forced to purchase parts at retail price then our cost plus 10%. Labor at a reduced rate.

Requirements

Active Agreement

As of January 1, 2018. Rates and options are not guaranteed until an active agreement has been executed by and between both parties. Verbal agreements are not eligible. All Plans require gate and gate equipment certification by IAS. Certification includes equipment which was installed, in place and active at time of certification without exception.

Gate Certification

Before we’re willing to assume responsibility for the gate maintenance we require you allow us to certify them. We require this for many reasons none the least of which is the eventual mixing of perception and reality. Regardless of the current frequency and level of gate failures/problems now and in the future, those problems, once we begin to support the gates, will inevitably be associated with InterAccess Systems.

*Exceptions

Exceptions include but are not limited to Acts of GOD, Force Majure, Vandalism, Third party tampering or damage, water damage, lightning, equipment damage caused by electrical company or third party power problems and Owners neglect. In the event of an exception, labor and parts are invoiced at the Plans exceptions rate.
