- Sun protection is a MUST on the mountain (and in the city too!)
- Its always a good idea cover your face with a breathable scarf or face guard to prevent windburn. You definitely don’t want a goggle tan.
- There’s nothing like a good topical vitamin C moisturizer, like the one we carry from Sanitas. It’s high in vitamin C, which helps combat damage from sun exposure.
- When you’ve done your final run and are ready to après, spritz and soothe your skin with a hydrating elixir, and slather on an anti-inflammatory or sun damage serum, and a healing balm from Laurel Whole Plant Organics. Stop by and grab a Laurel mini kit for your ski bag to make après skincare easy after a day on the hill.
And don’t forget to support your skin from the inside out – staying hydrated (lots of water and decaffeinated tea) will help keep you going and glowing from first chair to last call!
