Growing up in Colorado, Nydiah harnessed an innate connection to the simplicity of nature, an active conscious living, and a curiosity for the unknown. Her curiosity of humanity and self-exploration later further drove her to begin backpacking and living abroad in countries such as Sri Lanka, India, and Guatemala.
Nydiah hadn’t realized it then, but that was when the esthetician within herself had been born. She became licensed as an esthetician at a medical skin institute while living in Austin.
She has worked in both medical and holistic spaces, which has helped broaden her knowledge and understanding of the skin. Nydiah takes pride in providing healing and intentional treatments that address personal goals, accentuating your natural beauty, by nourishing healthy robust skin.
Alex is a duel Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. With a background in both medical and more holistic massage and bodywork education she can personalize every treatment to the clients needs to help with deep relaxation and/or pain management. During the height of the pandemic she got her Esthetician license at the School of Medical and Botanical Aesthetics.
As an esthetician she has been trained in natural botanical and medical aesthetics with a personal preference of combining treatments to get the best results for each client. Continuing education is a top priority for her in this ever evolving industry. She spends her free time baking, reading, daydreaming, and gardening with her dogs and chickens.
Jenn is a Colorado Native with a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. She started out with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado and wanted to find a way to marry her personal and professional interest, leading her to enroll and graduate from the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics.
Growing up with eczema, Jenn has always had to be diligent about her skincare regimen and understands the importance of self-care topically and internally, especially in Colorado’s dry climate. Jenn is excited to provide an integrative blend of holistic and medical treatments and strives to further expand her knowledge to better help your skin naturally glow.
Oftentimes you can’t find Jenn snuggling with her cat or dog, reading a book, or listening to a true crime podcast.
Katie was raised in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland and went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience in 2015. She intended to go on to medical school with a special interest in psychiatry, but instead found acupuncture and changed course, moving to Denver to pursue her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Acupuncture and Chinese herbology has helped Katie to regulate her sleep and emotions. She has a special interest in treating neurological disorders due to her educational background. She is also trained by Travall Croom and certified to practice his Aesthetic Acupuncture facial protocol. She is inspired by the efficacy of using these non-invasive techniques to keep you looking and feeling your best!
Katie graduated with her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2019. She is certified by the NCCAOM and the state of Colorado to practice acupuncture and Chinese herbology.
Melissa entered the wellness world in 2013, starting at a small massage school in Chicago, where she was born and raised. Later that year, she moved and completed her studies in 2015 at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, specializing in clinical-based neuromuscular massage. With over 10 years of experience, Melissa is dedicated to helping people heal their mind, body, and spirit.
She specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, recovery for athletes, cupping, and trigger point therapy. Her extensive training includes modalities such as intra-oral, prenatal and postpartum massage, infant massage, lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, and migraine relief.
Melissa’s ultimate goal is to help her clients relax, breathe, and become in tune with their bodies. From injuries and pre- and post-surgery care to supporting expecting mothers and busy entrepreneurs, she aims to be an integral part of their wellness journey.
